If you are not completely happy with your purchase then you can send the items back to us and we will either replace the item or offer you a refund or credit.

If you are making a return, please email us at returns@cottonandcanvas.com telling us why you will be returning the item(s) and we will provide you with more information about where to send to etc.

All items returned must be in the same condition that you received them in and all items must be returned to us within 30 days of placing your order as we will no longer accept them after the 30 days.

If we've sent you the wrong item(s) or if they are damaged in any way when you receive them then we refund you the postage it'll cost you to return the item(s)
